I am absolutely in love with this hybrid design. The smooth cloud white leather looks so pristine against the flat gum sole, and the black leather stripes provide the perfect contrast. The internal satin lining is smooth and prevents friction, making them incredibly comfortable to wear without socks right out of the box.

A beautiful runway twist on a street classic, just protect the leather
I picked these up to wear for the spring season in Florence, and they are a total head-turner. Adapting the rugged lines of an indoor soccer shoe into a dainty Mary Jane flat is brilliant. It lets you achieve that trendy ballet-core aesthetic without having to sacrifice the durability of a solid rubber outsole.

My only minor note is that because the upper is mostly crisp white leather with a light grey suede toe cap, they can show scuffs easily if you walk through crowded city streets. I highly recommend using a stain-repellent spray before your first wear. The top velcro strap is highly adjustable and anchors your foot securely. They fit true to size and look incredibly chic with a pleated skirt and a light knit sweater. 4.5 out of 5 stars!

I get asked where I got these every time I go to a coffee shop. The design is so sleek and the hook-and-loop strap makes them incredibly easy to slip on when running out the door.

Extremely stylish, but keep the flat profile in mind
These look amazing styled with frilly white crew socks and light-wash denim. The quality of the stitching along the serrated black stripes is impeccable. Just remember that it features the ultra-flat silhouette of the traditional Samba, so there is minimal arch support. They are great for standard daily wear, but maybe not for an all-day theme park trek.

The most versatile shoe in my capsule wardrobe
I skipped the standard Panda Sambas entirely to grab this Mary Jane version, and it was the best style decision I’ve made all year. The craftsmanship is pristine, and the gold lettering on the side gives it a lovely premium finish. It transitions flawlessly from a casual daytime shoe to something polished enough for a dinner date when paired with an oversized blazer and tailored pants.

The low profile looks incredibly flattering and streamlines your legs beautifully. The strap provides plenty of length adjustments, which is perfect if you want to switch between a barefoot look or layering them over chunky knit socks. They fit completely true to my usual size and the padded heel collar ensures there is absolutely no slipping or chafing at the back. A truly spectacular, durable purchase.
