I am in love with this model. The dark green leather is so rich it almost acts like a dark neutral, making it incredibly easy to pair with denim, black trousers, or neutral cream dresses. The satin lining inside gives it a premium, soft feel right away, and the single top strap adjusts perfectly. It fits completely true to size for me.

I picked these up the moment I saw them trending because the dark green and cream white combination gives off a very refined, vintage collegiate aesthetic. Adapting the original indoor soccer Samba into an open Mary Jane silhouette is pure design genius—it balances sporty heritage with soft, feminine elegance perfectly.

My only minor critique is the initial feel of the leather where the hook-and-loop strap crosses the bridge of the foot. It felt a little rigid during my first long walk across Milan, so I recommend wearing them with a thin ankle sock to let the leather soften up first. After about three wears, they molded completely to my feet. The classic gum sole provides excellent grip. Definitely a 4.5 out of 5 stars for high-fashion wearability.

I get stopped and asked about these constantly! The forest green leather and cream stripes are gorgeous together. The strap makes them so easy to just toss on and go.

Super stylish, but note the flat sole
The design is absolutely flawless and the gold detailing next to the green stripes is a beautiful touch. Just keep in mind that it still retains the original ultra-flat construction of a classic Samba. There isn't much arch support inside, so if your feet get tired easily, you might feel a bit of fatigue by the end of the day. For casual errands and dinners, though, they are fantastic.

I skipped all the standard low-profile sneakers to grab this Mary Jane version, and it was a brilliant choice. The quality of the leather is impressive for the price, and the stitching around the serrated cream white stripes is immaculate. It bridges the gap between a casual trainer and a dressy leather flat so perfectly that I can easily wear them into the office with wide-leg tailored trousers.

The low profile looks incredibly flattering on the foot. The hook-and-loop strap closure is incredibly secure and has plenty of adjustable room, which is ideal if you want to switch between a barefoot look or styling them with thicker winter tights. They fit perfectly true to my usual size and don’t slip at all at the back of the heel. A phenomenal, durable purchase that truly stands out.
